Petty Cash Software

Our Petty Cash system works in a windows environment and records details of all Main and Sub-floats. It allows you to monitor all outstanding Sub-Float claims and view a history of all claims. You can record authorised signatories against each Sub-Float along with a digital image of their signature.

Entry of all claim details is simple and ensures all details are entered with the correct accounts code in the minimum amount of time.

We can tailor the accounts code structure to the format in use by your organisation. The system can create files ready for upload to your accounting system, this can be customised to any format you require.

A comprehensive reporting structure is included within the system.
